Open ta and circle ta
The
letter ta sometimes appears like a circle with two dots on it at the
end of a word this is called circle ta. When with sukoon or at the end
of a verse, the circle ta is read as ha.
Whereas the open ta looks like the normal ta in the alphabet and is read as ta at all times.
