Jazm (Sukoon)

 

  •  Sukoon is the link that ties a letter with a vowel and a letter without a vowel.
  • Sukoon looks like a small circle on top of a letter
  • A letter with sukoon on top of it never comes in the beginning of a word.
  • It cannot be read by itself unless another letter comes before it.
  • A letter with sukoon on top of it is called saakin
