Jazm (Sukoon)
Sukoon is the link that ties a letter with a vowel and a letter without a vowel.
Sukoon looks like a small circle on top of a letter
A letter with sukoon on top of it never comes in the beginning of a word.
It cannot be read by itself unless another letter comes before it.
A letter with sukoon on top of it is called saakin
